Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots. For larger ones, cut them in half for even cooking.
- Boil the carrots in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and cool slightly.
- Smash each carrot gently on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
