Instructions

- Rinse the pumpkin seeds under cold water to remove pulp.
- Pat them dry with a towel to ensure crispiness.
- Mix the seasoning ingredients with the seeds.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow them to cool before serving.
Notes
For a sweet twist, increase the brown sugar and add nutmeg. For added heat, double the cayenne or mix in chili powder.
