- 1 piece whole wheat flatbread
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lay out your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Slice the brie into wedges and spread it across the flatbread. Scatter the cranberries and walnuts on top.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes until the brie is melted and the flatbread is golden, then drizzle hot honey over the top before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute brie with creamy plant-based cheese. Enhance flavors with fresh herbs or fruits.
