Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, along with salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and shape into rounds.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Chop broccoli finely for even cooking. Can store in the fridge for up to three days.
