- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, along with salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and shape into rounds.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Chop broccoli finely for even cooking. Can store in the fridge for up to three days.
