Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer gently until thickened.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese to the skillet. Gently mix to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
