Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for around 20-25 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
Notes
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. For a spicy twist, consider adding a hint of ginger or cinnamon.
