Ingredients
1 can (8-count) Crescent Roll Dough
4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Optional: Chopped Pecans or Orange Zest
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
-
Make the filling: In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
-
Prepare the dough cups: Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each piece into the muffin cups to form a small base.
-
Fill and bake: Add 1 tsp of cream cheese filling and 1 tsp of cranberry sauce into each cup. Sprinkle pecans or orange zest if desired. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
-
Cool and serve: Allow the bites to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
Serve warm for the creamiest texture and freshest flavor. Add orange zest or pecans for a festive finish. Leftovers keep in the fridge for 3 days and reheat well in the oven.
