- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Brie Cheese, cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and slice it into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each square, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Fold the pastry square over to form a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Customize these bites by adding fresh herbs, nuts, or cooked shredded chicken for a heartier snack.
