Delightful bites of puff pastry filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese, cut into pieces
  • 4 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and slice it into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each square, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the pastry square over to form a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Place bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
