Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: garlic powder, dried herbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Blend ingredients: Blend cottage cheese, eggs, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
