Instructions
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and add them to a mixing bowl with the cottage cheese.
- Add the mayonnaise and mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and stir in optional celery and chives if desired.
