A delicious and healthy twist on traditional egg salad, packed with protein from cottage cheese and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped celery (optional) to taste
  • Chopped chives or green onions (optional) to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and add them to a mixing bowl with the cottage cheese.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and stir in optional celery and chives if desired.

Notes
