Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, eggs, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
