Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup. Stir well to blend.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade mixture over the top.
- Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of lavender before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store the mixture in the refrigerator for up to two days, adding sparkling water right before serving.
