  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  3. Mix in the baking soda and salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  5. Mix in the flour gradually until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar for the swirl.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Add the remaining batter, smoothing it out gently.
  8. Swirl a knife through the batter to create a marbled effect.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top before baking.
  10. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for extra sweetness. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
