Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silken Tofu
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Blend silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
  2. Check for sweetness and add more maple syrup or honey if desired, then blend again.
  3. Spoon mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based protein powder and substitute maple syrup with agave nectar or date syrup.
