Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal once the bark is set.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, or alternatively, use the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth for a creamy texture.
- Spread the potato chips evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the melted chocolate over the chips, making sure to cover them completely. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt over the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate has set. Break the bark into pieces and serve.
