- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the green beans under cold water and trim off the ends.
- In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper before serving hot.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using crushed red pepper or fresh ginger. The dish pairs well with steamed rice or your protein of choice.
