Instructions

  1. Wash the green beans under cold water and trim off the ends.
  2. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper before serving hot.
