Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Blend the chopped cucumber until it becomes a smooth puree, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to separate the liquid from the pulp.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the fresh cucumber juice with lemon juice, sugar, and water, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Serve the mixture over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
