- 4 ounces Goat Cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured baking sheet and cut into squares or rectangles.
- Spoon caramelized onions onto each pastry square and sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until pastry edges are golden brown.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute with gluten-free puff pastry. Variations can include adding red pepper flakes or using different types of cheese.
