Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
- Continue to cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
- Cut into squares and serve or wrap individually for gifting.
