- 1 box chocolate brownie mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the brownie mix as per package instructions and spread it into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked brownie layer.
- Bake for another 40-45 minutes until the center is just set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding crushed peppermint candies or chopped nuts.
