  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix as per package instructions and spread it into a greased springform pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked brownie layer.
  6. Bake for another 40-45 minutes until the center is just set.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
