A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake, tart apples, and rich caramel sauce, these bars capture the essence of fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and swirl in caramel sauce. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Allow bars to cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added richness. Can be customized with flavored cream cheese or additional toppings.
