- 1 tbsp Raw Canaan honey
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 pinch Celtic or Himalayan salt (optional)
- 1 cup Warm water or milk for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine turmeric powder, black pepper, and Ceylon cinnamon with coconut oil to create a golden paste.
- Add the tablespoon of Canaan honey to the golden paste, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Stir one spoonful of the paste into warm water or milk. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
Notes
For a vegan option, replace honey with agave syrup. Try adding vanilla extract or ginger for variation.
