Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Raw Canaan honey
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Celtic or Himalayan salt (optional)
  • 1 cup Warm water or milk for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine turmeric powder, black pepper, and Ceylon cinnamon with coconut oil to create a golden paste.
  2. Add the tablespoon of Canaan honey to the golden paste, stirring continuously until smooth.
  3. Stir one spoonful of the paste into warm water or milk. Add a pinch of salt if desired.

Notes

For a vegan option, replace honey with agave syrup. Try adding vanilla extract or ginger for variation.
