Delightful blue tea infused with butterfly pea flowers.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried butterfly pea flowers
  • Sugar, honey, or simple syrup to taste
  • Lime or lemon juice to taste
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle.
  2. Add dried butterfly pea flowers to the boiling water.
  3. Press flowers and steep for color extraction.
  4. Strain tea and dispose of flowers.
  5. Add sweeteners and citrus juice as desired.
  6. Serve over ice for a refreshing drink.
