- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Mixed Fresh Vegetables
- 2 Chopped Green Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions (3-5 minutes), drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until fork-tender yet crisp.
- Stir in cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and optional oyster sauce, and toss until well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different vegetables or proteins like chicken or tofu.
