- 1 cup Vanilla Custard
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the vanilla custard gently.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Once cooled, melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil and dip the tops of the cookie bites into the glaze.
