  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Vanilla Custard
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the vanilla custard gently.
  7. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Once cooled, melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil and dip the tops of the cookie bites into the glaze.
