  • 2-3 tbsp Milk (for glazing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed without breaking apart.
  6. Spoon the batter into the mini donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a donut.
  8. Allow the donuts to cool slightly for 5 minutes before carefully removing them from the pan.
  9. For glazing, mix powdered sugar with milk until desired consistency is achieved and drizzle over cooled donuts.
