Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the blue oyster mushrooms carefully and slice them if necessary.
- Mix together the gochujang, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the cleaned mushrooms in the glaze until fully coated.
- Spread the coated mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Ensure mushrooms are spaced out to achieve crispiness. Use tahini for a nutty flavor instead of olive oil if desired.
