- 16 large button mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms gently using a paper towel, then remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Serve warm as a festive appetizer.
