Ingredients

  • 16 large button mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently using a paper towel, then remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
  5. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Serve warm as a festive appetizer.
