A succulent meatloaf drizzled with a tangy balsamic glaze, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra balsamic glaze for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with breadcrumbs, onions, milk, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, egg, minced garlic, and salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Brush the top with balsamic glaze.
  5. Bake for approximately one hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for about ten minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve alongside seasonal vegetables or a green salad for a complete meal.
