Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rinse the kale thoroughly, dry it well, remove tough stems, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the kale pieces in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned kale on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10–15 minutes, turning halfway through. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning. Allow to cool on the baking sheet.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to keep them crispy. Consider adding nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor or swapping spices for a unique taste.
