Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • Fresh figs, chopped
  • Honey
  • 1 egg, for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Center the brie cheese on the pastry.
  4. Add figs and honey on top of the cheese.
  5. Wrap and seal the pastry around the brie.
  6. Brush the outside with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
