- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- Fresh figs, chopped
- Honey
- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Center the brie cheese on the pastry.
- Add figs and honey on top of the cheese.
- Wrap and seal the pastry around the brie.
- Brush the outside with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Let the baked brie cool slightly before serving to avoid spills. Serve with crackers or slices of bread.
