Instructions
- Begin by toasting the bread slices until they are golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh into a bowl, and add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash to desired consistency.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread and add any additional toppings you like.
