- everything bagel seasoning to taste
- chili flakes to taste
- tomatoes (optional, as desired)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of cottage cheese on each slice of toast.
- Top with the mashed avocado, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and chili flakes on top. Optionally, add sliced tomatoes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
