  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 1 cup Diced apples

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg, milk, and melted butter until smooth and thoroughly combined.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed, careful not to overmix. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
