Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the potato cubes and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Place the seasoned sweet potato cubes in the basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through. If needed, toss for another 2-3 minutes until perfectly caramelized.
Notes
For a lower-calorie option, consider using avocado oil instead of olive oil.
